Fighting for Borrowers: A Post-Election Update from PPSL
The results of the 2024 election have sparked many conversations about the future of higher education, especially for student loan borrowers impacted by fraud and deception. At the Project on Predatory Student Lending (PPSL), we want to assure our community that we remain committed to our mission: to fight for justice for borrowers. For those who have been misled or wronged by the higher education system, know that the law is on your side—and so are we.
PPSL’s President and Executive Director, Eileen Connor shares words of encouragement and resolve in this video, addressing a critical moment for borrowers.

The good news is, there’s plenty we can do right now to make sure that happens.
